Outstanding - They went above and beyond

My experience with Approved Cars was outstanding. I knew what car I wanted and saw Approved Cars had one eh in matched the spec I was searching for. I called them, Lewis answered and his personality and positivity immediately gave me confidence I was in good hands. I live around 50 miles from their dealership but we agreed an appointment time, he kept in touch throughout my journey with details on where they were based and had the car ready for when I arrived. All clean inside and out and ready for a test drive. The only thing missing that I wanted on the car was rear parking sensors. “No problem” as Lewis could sort out fitting them before collection. In fact, they even offered to deliver the car as it was a gift, and to put a bow round it. I accepted delivery but not the bow :)Delivered on the agreed date and time, and even a bunch of flowers on the front seat from them. A really generous , nice touch. I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasurable car purchases I’ve had, and I would recommend Approved Cars to anyone. Lewis is genuinely a really helpful, nice guy and a perfect example of how it’s done.

Had the best experience getting a car through Approved Cars. They work at the quickest pace for you yet make sure everything is to it’s top condition. My car has been nothing but perfect and i’m very glad to have gone through these guys to get my car.

Great service from Lewis

Very supportive from the outset helpful when it came to viewing and looking at the car provided. Lots of information and the history of the car. Very helpful with completing all the forms and providing information around warranty. Car collection was very simple and Lewis was there to help us with finalising paperwork And had the car both serviced and MOT in readiness which included a new tire. A week after collection the original battery in the car went and the car was in Oxfordshire. Lewis was good enough to honour the warranty and sent money the same day on receipt of invoice . The car has been perfect. Lewis has been superb and I would highly recommend visiting Lewis when looking for your next car.

Lewis was very amenable, arranging times to suit me, for a test drive and then for collection and trade in of the cars. It was all very smooth. He was very informative and knowledgeable about my new car and it's gadgets, as well as the general information needed.

I've had my car for a few years now and still as happy with it as the day I got it! Amazing service right from the start and even after I got my car I was able to drive down with what I thought was an issue but actually wasn't.. The guys were all so helpful and reassuring. Genuine advice and support and they're not just there to "close a deal", real passion behind the job that they do! Definitely recommend

Great customer service, team went above and beyond to make sure my new car was ready ahead of time for me. Six months later we had a check up to make sure everything was ok. Really pleased with my purchase, the car was fairly priced and I got what I was after price wise for my part exchange. Highly recommended.
